Jersey & Jean Pre-Order Update
Hey everyone,
We wanted to give you an update regarding the delays with our jersey and jean pre-orders.
First of all, thank you for your patience. We know some of you have been waiting longer than expected, and with delays now stretching beyond 2–3 weeks for some orders, we completely understand your frustration. We're feeling it too, and we've been working hard behind the scenes to get answers.
After speaking directly with our manufacturer, we've been informed that the shipment was produced, paid for, and sent out as planned. Unfortunately, an issue arose with the third-party shipping handler responsible for forwarding the goods. We have since learned that several manufacturers were affected by the same problem, with shipments from multiple businesses not being forwarded as they should have been.
The good news is that the situation has now been dealt with, and replacement shipping arrangements have been put in place. We have been assured that all outstanding orders should arrive within the next week.
If, for any reason, your order has still not arrived after that timeframe, we will be offering a substantial discount to everyone affected as a thank-you for your patience and support.
Additionally, if you would prefer a refund after the next week has passed, simply email us and we'll be happy to help.
We genuinely appreciate everyone's understanding throughout this unexpected situation. Your support means a lot to us, and we're committed to making sure every customer receives their order as soon as possible.
